What is the process to rent a property ?

1. Meet with your real agent and explain what are you looking for and your time frame.

2. Have your financial information ready. (pay stubs, bank statements, letter from employer, recommendation letter,..)

3. Ask your agent to pull your credit and background 

4. Find a property that you like

5. Submit an offer with your paperwork, and the money order for the amount of the rent as a deposit

6. Wait for their decision

7. If accepted, Read and sign the lease of the landlord

8. Apply to the HOA  (Homeowner Association) or condo association

 On the move-in date:

1. Bring the homeowner association approval letter

2. Bring the rest of the money due in clear funds (money order or cashier's check)

3. Do a quick walkthrough to check the condition of the place 

4. Finally get the keys!  And enjoy your new place
